When I go somewhere like TB's Sports Bar, in Richville, for the first time, I tend to go with a burger as a way to judge the kitchen's performance.
Dining at TB's Sports Bar today, I had what they call a "Bizzness" Burger; what's called a "western" burger at a lot of places.
The things that made TB's Sports Bar's "Bizzness" Burger stand out were that it's served on a corn dusted roll and they use bourbon barbecue sauce. I'm always a fan of cheddar cheese, vs. the typical American, and the onion ring appeared that it may have been made inhouse, but the menu does not specify.
My initial impression of TB's Sports Bar was surprise that, at dinner time, there was only one other person in the place and they weren't eating. I'd say it's definitely worthy of another taste.
